November PHlocking Update
A Quick Word from your President:
Can you even believe this?!? We are ALREADY at the very last PHlocking of 2018!! Many of you will ask just where has this year has gone to, but once I remind you of how much PHCF has accomplished this year, you’ll know precisely where the time went — you have donated countless hours to ensuring we are ‘leaving this world a little better than we found it’, you have attended three annual events, you helped welcome Bubba and The Eagles to town, you’ve dined with your PHellow PHlock at Last Suppers, you’ve raised money for your PHavorite charities, and you’ve now been to 11 PHlockings – and those were just the quick highlights!! We have most definitely been very (VERY) busy this year ‘partying with a purpose’.
Please do mark your calendar to attend this year’s Annual General Membership Party – this is where we can hear all you have to say, so please do come and say it!!
As you all know by now, our home-base Friendly Confines has closed and we need a new ‘spot’. If you are interested in helping us find the new home for our PHlockings, don’t hesitate to reach out to me so that you are informed of the PHlocking Committee Meetings.
The month of November doesn’t just bring us fall leaves and cooler temperatures (we can only hope here in Florida!), it also brings the PHCF Elections – watch your PHlockmails to cast YOUR vote for the 2019 Council of PHeathers.
Our Christmas Party is just around the corner!! Don’t forget to purchase your ticket no later than November 9th to obtain the reduced pricing and to be automatically entered into the drawing for a brand new BICYCLE courtesy of Margaritaville Resorts Orlando!!
