This is a great event! Loads of fun! Most importantly it’s a wonderful way to get to know phellow phlockers!
Park Rules: Blue Springs State Park CLOSES once their parking lots fill up, and they fill up early! They will not let you walk in when the park is closed! In the past we have had Phlockers miss the picnic because of this policy. Plan to be there early and/or carpool with Phellow Phlockers. The Club pays for the pavilion, cups, plates, silverware, and the chicken. Please bring a dish (with something in it) to share, drinks (no alcohol), and your chairs.

Calling all Club guitar players! Please bring your guitars so we can sit around and enjoy the day together. Of course, I have asked Lisa and George to bring their music setup.
Chuck and I will be there at 8:00am. Look for our club banner! We’ll have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins and donuts. Hopefully it won’t be as cold as a few years ago when we really needed the hot drinks.
If you’ve never been to Blue Springs before, you are in for a nice day. There are trails to walk, canoes to rent, swimming, fishing, and there is a small play ground for the kids. Best of all your Parrot Head Phriends to hang out with. If you would like to bring a guest please let me know.
