Volunteer Survey Results

The results are in!!! Well, really they’ve been in for awhile; we’ve just been on island time and haven’t gotten around to posting them!

Thank you to everyone that participated in the volunteer survey that PHCF ran a couple of months ago. The results were helpful and your Council is considering ways to implement some of the suggestions.

Here are some key highlights:

• 65% of respondents said environmental causes were your primary interest
• 83% picked event support as most likely to draw your enthusiastic participation
• 67% were willing to volunteer with anyone and everyone
• Over 60% preferred Saturday as the day most available for volunteering
• And almost all of you answered socializing with PHriends as what makes volunteering PHun!
