PHCF General Meeting

Our Operating Principals call for an annual General Meeting. We have set the date and time for our 2021 General Meeting as Saturday, November 20 at 2:00PM. The meeting will be held at the home of our Membership Officer, Cherie Johnson, in Altamonte Springs. All members are encouraged to attend.
So what is a General Meeting? It will replace our Council of PHeathers meeting for November and is kind of a CoPHs meeting on steroids. As our November CoPHs meeting we’ll be discussing the state of membership renewals and officer nominations. We’ll also be discussing our upcoming Tailgate party and any other topics brought to it by those attending. As our General Meeting we will, to the extent we can, set our calendar for the next year.
Unlike a CoPHs meeting we will be providing dinner and need RSVPs for the meeting. Like most PHCF events that involve food we’ll be asking you to bring appetizers, side dishes and desserts and the General Meeting is BYOB. But the club will be providing the main dishes and need to know how many we’re going to be feeding.
