MEMBERSHIP OFFICER REPORT:

Jackie Dorsey submitted the Membership report. Jackie reported there were 25 at the November Phlocking, and 1 new member was inducted.

KEEPER OF THE PHLOCK REPORT:

Megan left word that most of the musicians have been lined up, but we still need raffle volunteers.

COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER REPORT:

Lou stated that he was behind on postings to the calendar. Lou suggested adding links to the raffle and Lucky Starts and adding actual detail instead of just a description. Lou also announced that the Fiddlers Green Supper was a success, and we will be heading to KOBE on 12/30.

VICE PRESIDENT REPORT:

Terry reported the beach cleanup was another success, with 21 in attendance. Because Fish Lips is still damaged, they went to Captain J’s for lunch.

OLD BUSINESS:

President Jeanette announced the election results:

Membership Officer – Jackie Dorsey

Treasurer – Amy Buchanan

Executive Officer – Amy Walker

Vice President – Terry Clark

Communications Officers – Amy Huttenem and Keri Sheets

Jeanette will report year end results (summary) in December.

NEW BUSINESS:

Amy inquired what to do about the Fall Picnic budget funds that were not used. After an ensuing discussion, it was decided to just leave the funds in the account for now.

Tammy suggested we help out Lou and Pat by sponsoring the music for their annual pig roast. A discussion was held and it was decided we would help with a cap. The motion was made by Amy, seconded by Keri and passed unanimously.

The meeting shifted to preparing the annual calendar for PHCF events.

Scribe had to leave before it was finished, so not sure what time adjourned
