Saturday February 5th at 10am at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach there will a joint venture between the Parrot Heads of Central Florida and the SpaceCoast Parrot Heads planting sea oats on the dunes. Come out and help us leave this part of the beach a little better than we found it.Sea oats develop quite a root system that protects the dunes during storms. Come learn how to protect the beaches from erosion and damage
(what an AWESOME super power).

Bring garden spades, gloves, sunscreen, and your masks
You don’t have to wear them social distanced on the beach while planting. But, while we are in together getting plants, tools, and instructions, let’s look after each other.
