In Attendance: President Lisa Schott, Vice President Bruce Broulik, Membership Occifer Amy Buchanan, Keeper of the Phlock Jeanette Freeman, Executive Officer Norbert Camacho, Treasurer Suzanne Templin, Secretary Jackie Dorsey, Member Advocate Terry Clark, Member Advocate Paul Fraas, Phrist Dude George Schott, Keeper committee member Marti Hahn


The minutes submitted, Mary indicated they were loaded to the web site. Bank accounts reviewed. A motion to accept the report was made by Amy Buchanan and it was seconded Marti Hahn. The motion was approved unanimously.

Suzanne Templin gave report for month. The account balance is $6,676.15 as of September 15, 2012.Income was $980.60 expenses were $192.99. A motion to accept the report was made by Amy Buchanan and it was seconded by Norbert Camacho and the motion was approved unanimously.

Amy Buchanan reports there were 58 people at the last phlocking. She reports 4 members paid dues. Amy requested the purchase of lanyards and t-shirts. She also announced she will start membership renewals in November A motion to accept the report was made by Bruce Broulik and it was seconded by Suzanne Templin and the motion was approved unanimously.

Jeanette Freeman reports John Beck (one half of the Restless Native) will be playing the phlocking. Raffle table is being run by the Christmas Party committee to raise funds for the party. Lucky Stars will be Non-perishable food for the food bank. Lou and Pat are still working on hangy thingys. The fall picnic will be October 8the at Sylvan Park outside Sanford. Terry is planning a bike ride that morning everybody invited. The Christmas party update is that Chuck has made tickets and they will be available for sale at all the next events. A motion to accept the report was made by Jackie Dorsey and it was seconded Bruce Broulik and the motion was approved unanimously.

Mary Libbey not present no report

Bruce Broulik has nothing to report at this time.

Norbert Camacho nothing to report.

Neither Terry Clark nor Paul Frass had anything to report at this time.

Lisa Schott will not be present at the October phlocking Bruce will do announcements. The birthday party planned for April 2013 was discussed, and the general consensus was that there has not been enough interest to continue the planning. Suzanne Templin motioned the party be cancelled and Norbert seconded the motion it was passed unanimously.

George Schott also spoke of the Jimmy Pappas video he is working on to be unveiled at MOTM. A motion to accept the report was made by Jeanette Freeman and it was seconded by Norbert Camacho and the motion was approved unanimously

PHIP elections: Only contested seat is VP club voted for Norm Kaiser

General membership meeting will be held at Chuck and Tammy Esser’s November 18. Tammy has made a request for money to pay for food etc. A motion was made by Suzanne for the club to give $300 for the party and was seconded by Marti Hahn the motion passed unanimously

Jim Van Pelt offered to host Pre MOTM part at his house. We will await further details and requests from Jim.

Club Elections: Need to ask Jim (JT) Thomas if he will be elections Occifer again this year.

A motion to adjourn made Amy Buchanan and it was seconded by Norbert Camacho the motion was approved unanimously.
