OCCIFERS REPORTS:

 

SECRETARY’S REPORT:

Minutes for February were submitted to council via email. Revision will made then sent to Shawn to be placed on website. Bank accounts reviewed. Amy Clark made the motion to accept the report Bruce Broulik seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.

 

TREASURERS REPORT

Suzanne Templin submitted the monthly report. She also noted that she had some bank charges reversed from FITA. A motion to accept the report was made by Jackie Dorsey and seconded by Amy. It passed unanimously.

 

MEMBERSHIP OCCIFER’S REPORT:

Amy reports 60 people were at the last phlocking. Two people were inducted. Amy submitted membership report. To date there are 315 members including keets. A motion to accept the report was made by Jim Thomas and it was seconded by Jeanette Freeman and the motion was approved unanimously.

 

KEEPER OF THE PHLOCK REPORT:

Jeanette states the Lucky Stars will collect items for Harbor House on behalf of Karen Chappel. After some discussion Bruce agreed to run the raffle and collect for Give Kids the World. The musician will be Rich “Schooner” McGuire. A motion was made by Shawn Goos to accept the report it was seconded by Jim Thomas. Motion was passed unanimously.

 

COMMUNICATIONS OCCIFER’S REPORT:

Norbert asked Shawn to send Emails for volley ball events in order to get more folks out for the fun. A motion was made Jim Thomas by to accept the report it was seconded by Amy Clark. Motion was passed unanimously

 

VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

Give Kids the World pool party will be April 26th. Bruce needs to know a week ahead of time who is coming for security reasons. A motion was made by Shawn Goos to accept the report it was seconded by Amy Clark. Motion was passed unanimously

 

EXECUTIVE OCCIFER’S REPORT:

Norbert Camacho discussed volleyball needs. A motion was made by Amy Clark to accept the report it was seconded by Bruce. Motion was passed unanimously

 

MEMBER ADVOCATE’S REPORT:

Terry announced many members may be jealous of his FITA award winning high scratch game. Other than that, he has no complaints to note. A motion was made by Amy Clark to accept the report it was seconded by Norbert Camacho. Motion was passed unanimously

 

PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

Pam announced she plans to make aprons for the people selling 50/50 and raffle tickets for the phlockings to help identify. She also plans to make extras for next year FITA.

 

OLD BIDNESS:

Photo album of club members is being worked on by Lou Perkins and Don Tompkins

 

NEW BIDNESS:

Due to the fact that there were some many complaints about the Silly Grape, we will not be holding the April Phlocking there. Pam spoke to the manager of Friendly Confines and made a motion to have the Phlocking there this month. Amy Clark seconded the motion. After a short discussion, the motion passed unanimously.

A motion to adjourn made by Norbert and it was seconded by Suzanne Templin the motion was approved unanimously.
