The treasury funds are getting low.  We have $2,000 in checking and it is only July.  Only way to increase funds is to increase 50/50.

KEEPER OF THE PHLOCK REPORT:

Megan announced that the August Phlocking will be held Friday, August 4, 2017.  The theme for the Phlocking will be Back to School, the musician will be Jason Webb, the Lucky Stars benefactor and the raffle table sponsor is A Gift for Teaching by Jeanette Anderson.

Megan already walks around the room selling 50/50 tickets.  It was decided to increase the number of prizes to three to see if that helps increase sales.

A discussion was continued as to increasing participation in volunteer activities.  Amy Buchanan is working on restructuring the point system.  Terry Clark is working on an incentive system.  Megan Oberlin will send out a survey to see why people don’t attend events.  Questions asked will include:  What is your favorite event and why?
