Old Business:

  • Christmas Party – almost everyone that paid showed – great time had by all
  • PHlocking Venue – PHlocking Committee still searching for best venue options. Kiwi’s looks to be the front-runner for January PHlocking and Gary will reach out immediately to secure date/time

New Business:

  • Member Advocates – discussed potential idea to not renew for 2019 but instead nominate a current PHlock Member to be a ‘Membership Coordinator’ to aide/help facilitate in ensuring new Members really bond with PHlock – will bring to a decision in January 2019.
  • Ray’s work schedule has changed to allow for an adjustment for Council Meeting dates — Council opted for second Thursday evening of each month throughout 2019 (barring any PHCF conflict). All dates were scheduled for the year.  Council opted to use various venue suggestions to allow for convenience of Officers as well as Membership attendance — each Council Meeting will cover the next month venue selection.
