OCCIFERS REPORTS:
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
Minutes submitted to web site. Bank accounts reviewed. A motion to accept the report was made by Jim Thomas and it was seconded by Amy Clark, the motion was approved unanimously.
TREASURERS REPORT
Suzanne Templin was not present..
MEMBERSHIP OCCIFER’S REPORT:
Amy reports 75 people were at the last phlocking. There were with 4 inductions at the PHlocking. There were 43 people who attended the Black Friday event.. A motion to accept the report was made by Jeanette Freeman and it was seconded by Bruce Broulik and the motion was approved unanimously.
KEEPER OF THE PHLOCK REPORT:
Jeanette Freeman announced the next PHlocking location would be Doc’s Streetside Grill and Jason from the Chillers will be playing. The Raffle will benefit FITA. Lucky stars will be toiletries collected for The Hubbard House associated with Orlando Health. Lisa asked for Parrot Points for her end of the year report for PHIP. A motion was made by Jim Thomas to accept the report by seconded by Shawn Goos. Motion was passed unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS OCCIFER’S REPORT:
Shawn Goos reports that all the events for the upcoming year have been posted to both the website as well as Facebook except the poker tournament since there is no date at this time.. A motion was made Jeanette Freeman by to accept the report by seconded by Jackie Dorsey. Motion was passed unanimously
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
Bruce Broulik thanked Lisa for being such an awesome President for 2 terms. Marty Melton motioned to accept the compliment.
No report aside from that.
EXECUTIVE OCCIFER’S REPORT:
Norbert Camacho was a slacker and didn’t come to the meeting.
MEMBER ADVOCATE’S REPORT:
Joe, Terry and Marty all expressed their thanks to Lisa for all her hard work.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
Lisa Schott thanked everybody for making PHCF the best PHlock in the world! A motion to accept the report was made by Jeanette and it was seconded by Jackie and the motion was approved unanimously.
OLD BIDNESS:
PLOC location report from Pam Hausle:
Holy Smokes has had many issues with permits. Will continue to vet other locations as we find more. McWells is opening up again as Friendly Confines. Will keep PHlock up on the search.
Jeanette and Jackie gave recap of the Christmas party.
FITA:
100 + bowlers registered.
Price goes up January 3rd
The Saturday night entertainment will be in the alley, Entertainment will be John Frinzi, John Patti Charlie DeCosa and others.
NEW BIDNESS:
PHIP annual report is due. Lisa will have it ready soon.
Lou & Pat are reported Back to Nature were recently broken into and damaged. They will report back with any needs.
